So I was playing Halo 3, and somehow managed to kick over a glass of water about I won a game of SWAT 50 to 49.
Good times.
This is what remained from the spill. There was a bigger droplet, but it disappeared :/

I was surprised when I noticed that the water did NOT soak into the carpet. 0.o
This is NOT fake by any means. I can even show you the spill if it comes to that.
